Shipping policy
At Milo Vibes, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how we get your favorite products from our global partners to your doorstep.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday or seasonal holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times include processing time + transit time. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. International Shipping & Customs
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Milo Vibes is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential costs.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the system.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some of our global carriers have limitations regarding delivery to P.O. Boxes. If your address is a P.O. Box, please ensure a secondary physical address is available if the carrier requires it.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@milovibes.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always try our best to find a satisfactory solution.
